Facts and figures
The consultancy was established in March 1996 by the tax consultant Josef Hermann. Due to the necessity of the association of tax and legal consulting, the close collaboration with the law firm Dr. Dirk von Detten began in 1998.
In 2005 we moved into the 6th floor of first-class modern new build office complex near the Westend underground station boasting a wonderful view of Munich. Gwendolina Hartmann joined us in 2008 in view of the consultancy's growth and international alignment of the consulting services. The individual firm had therefore been converted into a tax consulting company.
We currently employ seven qualified and experienced specialists. Their level of training far exceeds the average level of comparable consultancies. We have been passing on our know-how to apprentices for years.
The consultancy renders services for approx. 250 domestic and foreign clients, thereof more than 50 as companies, representing all kinds of legal forms, which are required to produce balance sheets (individual companies, companies under private law, general partnership, GmbH, GmbH & Co. KG, AG, limited companies). During the course of the collaboration with our partner law firm we have successfully established or converted more than 80 companies.
